Good location for basic services. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you want to see a doctor, then go to your doctors office or an emergency room. This minute clinic is good for basic care/flu shots.

One of 2 nurses in the room wore their mask properly. One had it completely under their nose. Aren’t healthcare providers supposed to wear their mask properly in the middle of a pandemic?

Poor customer service when scheduling appointments and don’t maintain appt times - consistently running 20-30 mins behind. Would not recommend!

I came in at 2:15 today and the woman told me they weren’t taking anyone else who didn’t have an appointment because it’s close to closing (closing is at 5:30) I said I wasn’t aware you needed an appointment and she responded you do not but when it’s close to closing you do which I responded back with it’s almost 3 hours to closing and she said the best she can do is schedule me an appointment for tomorrow. Totally unprofessional, would not recommend.

NP Laura was phenomenal. She was attentive. Listened to my needs and educated me on the best course of action. I highly recommend this clinic.

I tried to get my flu shot here but had to leave without it because the provider was still at lunch 20 minutes after she was supposed to return. I understand getting backed up, but I registered online and was given a time. The time needs to be accurate or there is no point. I won’t be coming here again, given the number of urgent care places around. Minute Clinic is a misnomer.

They say they close at 7:30pm and on the website they say the wait time is 0. On reaching there at 7:00 and clinic display says its is only 5 minutes. But the doctor says sorry no see. Come tomorrow.

Sadly, had a terrible experience with the NP at the minute clinic today. I’ve never left a bad review for anything, but was so upset after leaving that felt for others I needed to say something. The NP was immediately cold and rude, barely said hello, and seemed completely unconcerned with the fact that I was visibly upset and scared seeking medical help. I was cut off when I tried to explain how I was feeling when I walked in and l left with no answers other than I should follow up with someone else. I would hope for a warmer, more attentive experience when vulnerable and seeking help. Huge waste of money.
