SRT campus Badshahithaul is one of three campuses of Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University . The university was established in 1973. The university was a result of a powerful movement in 1970s. It was initially established as a state university but later in 2009 it was upgraded to Central University. The University is located in Garhwal region of Uttarakhand. The S R T Campus Badshahithaul runs some regionally relevant courses also, apart from the conventional UG and PG courses.

Came in SRT campus Badshahithaul Tehri Garhwal in 2014 for my Masters and stayed here for almost two years. The campus was a masterpiece in the lush green forests of Tehri Garhwal. The hostel accomodation was for both boys and girls. I stayed in hostel and enjoyed a lot. The departments offer a wide variety of courses including PhD.
