Very professional and excellent care. My son was able to build a strong, trusting relationship with his counselor and has made great progress. Counseling is a slow progress that requires commitment and trust. Progress doesn't happen overnight.
Unprofessional: I don't recommend this place! I found the staff uncaring and unprofessional. The staff with which I worked were looking for an opportunity to dump me months before I decided to leave. At the time I left, I never thought I'd trust another therapist again. However the place I go now is friendly, helpful, professional, respectful and supportive-totally unlike this place which I never recommend to anyone.
Corey Alleman couldn't diagnosis an abusive Narcissistic Sociopath sitting in front of them. Seriously, WTF.... Played cheerleader for an abuser and ingored the victim. Changed marriage therapist and was told my spouse was the most abusive individual he ever met in his 33 year career. If you want to make a donation see him. Need someone competent keep looking.
Both times I have called, the woman who took my call was absolutely rude. Hadn't even met me or my child in person yet. The person you speak with on the phone before scheduling an appointment is going to give you an all around vibe for this office. She wasn't helpful and sounded absolutely irritated with any normal question I had pertaining to making the appointment. If you or your child needs seen, go see Dr. Ward or one of the other doctors at Family Behavorial Resoorces. There staff has been helpful and FRIENDLY in my back and forth with insurance and EAP. Don't waste your time with pathway. Bad service before even making it to the building or to a doctor. No thanks.
