This was my first experience skydiving. The staff there were very courteous and professional. The instructor: super friendly, knowledgeable, and made my jump a breeze. Why 4 stars? The instructor was doing the job of 3 people making for a looooong wait. I am sure the next time I go and things go smoother for them, it will be 5 stars. Despite the wait, I highly recommend checking them out.

The jump itself was great however the owners manner definitely needs work as does their sense of time. Scheduled, paid the deposit, show up, no one around. finally owner shows up with a ton of bs, long story short, they only do weekend jumps after the time change but neglected to tell the new person scheduling things. Say to show up next day no later than 7:45 for an 8:00 jump, which ended up not happening until 9:45!! And there were already two people scheduled for 8 so they didn't get to jump until way after. Horrible timing, and zero remorse about it either! Very disappointed in that, it almost overshadowed the jump experience.

An experience for the best-times-of-your-life list! (I did it to celebrate my 80th birthday.) Staff are professional and safety-obsessed but also relaxed and friendly, very reassuring. Loved it!

Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, safety focused and the facility is pretty cool. If its your first time prepare for a long day. Our group brought lunch with us although if there are weak stomachs in your group you may wanna eat after your jump.
