The staff are very friendly. I had to have the tubes replaced in my hearing aids, the were not there aids they sell, they did not charge me. I know I need new ones but it will have to wait 2 to 4 months because they're expensive. You will definitely like this place if you need hearing aids, highly recommend them. By the way Holly was the technician that helped me
