From day one my experience with Beltone has been a five star. Becky Krist goes out of her way to make sure I am satisfied with my hearing aides as I progress. Rene Bloemker her receptionist is very helpful as well and very efficient about calling to remind me of my upcoming appointments. I would recommend Beltone, and particularly the Champaign location, as the pace to go for hearing aides needs.

I was worried about my hearing and received a coupon from Beltone. The exam was thorough, Chuck was delightful, and I learned so much. At the end, though, I felt like I was expected to buy hearing aids right away, even though my loss is small and taking that step would be a big deal for me, emotionally and financially. So I postponed for now, and will go back to Chuck when I adjust to a new reality.
