The clinic is a good place to get Audiology services. Jennifer is a learned Audiologist of 30 years of knowledge and service.

The audiologist I saw is very nice and knowledgeable. She helped me get a hearing aid that has helped me in multiple ways.

When we walked in I was unsure how to use the kiosk to sign in, lady at the desk was super polite, and the doctor who checked my son's hearing was wonderful, gentle with her touch, and very personable! Loved this place.

Great staff! My mom has issues remembering things and they always take her calls. They work with her. Patient and always willing to help.

I purchased Resound Hearing Aids from Emily at Carle 2 years ago and after several visits they were working fine although the right aid was problematic. Emily left and when I went in with a bad speaker ( it was my second) Jaclyn and her PHD assistant said the speaker was fine and turned up the volume. This occurred a second visit and finally at the third visit she replaced the bad speaker and said \but you're not going to like\. She was correct because the volume was creating horrible feedback. She then left and when I returned Tara and the same PHD assistant turned it down some but told me I had \unreasonable expectations\ because I wanted to hear a wren sing and they had done all they could unless I had a higher volume earpiece installed. They literally ushered me out of the office even though the feedback was shrill enough for my wife to hear it across a room. I was made to feel unwelcome and uncomfortable even I had paid 6300 for the Hearing Aids which were still under warranty. I went to another audiologist in Ca. who knew the Resound Aids. She gave me an exam, immediately diagnosed the right Aid as being defective, sent it in for repair/replacement, made the settings properly when it came back, replaced the other speaker and I hear better than at any time since I purchased the Aids, and with small domes which the audiologist and I prefer. I have to go back to Carle with any warranty issues when I return to Ill. in April but I dread the experience. I doubt they have the knowledge to deal with the Resound product and they certainly don't have the proper patience or attitude. At least I now know it's not my fault. Go elsewhere.
