The manager works often, and she is always friendly and helpful. Items are a bit pricey for the quality. My daughter had her ears pierced here. The women that pierced her ears, did a great job all the way around. I love the fact had my ears pierced at a Claire's many years, and now my daughter!

Today i got my ear pierced and very much annoyed 1. I wanted the gold plated earing and told the lady that i want cheeper one she sugusted the one with 47 and so i said ok then she peariced my both ears. The first problem she didnt peariced me right and dosnt put the back in one of my ear The second one she put the wrong ear ring which is the white gold which cost me more 20 and charged me without telling me. The lady knew that she made a mistake and never mentioned to me untill i noticed.. ( am very much annoyed by this).the manager came and pull back the earing and put another back of the earing... Which was very painfull. They gave me a receipt that is weard.. They think they tricked me. After i left the store i noiticed that i charged more and my earring is not the one i choosed. When i go back to the store and asked how that happend the manager told me that i need another ear pearicing and they will put the one i choosed and give me back the difference money i paid Does that work???? I am so angery and can someone tell me what i need to do to them imagin what if this happened to a child????

Employees are often sloppy and rude and the store isn't too much better in appearance. Items are cheaply made and cost 3 times more than they're worth. Save your money and go somewhere worth your time and money.
