The maintenance here was very helpful and responsive. The apartments look great as well as the amenities. In general, a good environment. Definitely a great apartment for its value!

I really enjoy living here! I feel safe within this building and the rooms aren’t the largest but perfect for me and my roommates! Maintenance is also very responsive to our work orders, so that’s a plus!
I don’t have any complaints about living under First Column Student Living. They are very responsive to the emails I send them and someone always is available for me when I call. They are very good about maintenance requests and get them done as soon as possible in a professional manner. I haven’t had any problems yet.
They offer great amenities (free printing and free breakfasts) and all of their complexes are in good locations. The buildings are secure and maintenance is really fast.
I have been living here for about half a year and the response rate of maintenance is the best I have ever received. They’re very adaptable and will fix things no later than a day after the request is in.
