I’m not sure how come this business still exists. In champaign market place mall store, during this pandemic, customers can’t try clothes on. It’s understandable. My son bought a shirt and took it home try it on. It does not fit. But we can’t find the tag. For some reason, the tag is off. Next day, we took it back to return it. The store manager said, it’s their policy that we can’t return without tag, even with receipt. It is ridiculous, they put on the tags in the store all the time. I have never seen business is being done in this cheap way. Will never go back to this kind of business.

I went in looking for gifts for my granddaughter's birthday. The staff were all so helpful and nice. I would recommend the store to anyone. The music could have been not as loud, but that was really the only thing I didn't care for. Their displays are so good and I had help from 2 of the staff. They were great!

Ive shopped here for years. I would give 4 stars except for the customer service/ store policy issue I had today. They had a pair of boots in my size. But wouldn't sell them off the mannequin. When I tried unzipping the side the check the size, the girl practically grabbed at my hand not to touch the zipper. They encouraged me to order online and yes I would have to pay shipping. They lost a sale today.

I made a purchase of 75 to a store online and fought with them for MONTHS about it because it was never delivered. Then in order to reship it I had to pay a fee for another delivery so I just asked for my refund WHICH I NEVER GOT. I will never shop here again your customer service sucks
