This is our only place we get our jewelry. We go there due to how they treat us, when we arrive they ask what we want. They don't assume or try to force items we don't want. We explain what we want and they assist. The store manager ensures that you have the best time and results.

We have had several quality issues with my engagement ring set. Several, several repairs, ring was just made poorly. Several phone calls to Byron’s personal cellphone and disappointed visits to drop off my ring for yet another repair was getting out of hand. Today, Rhonda did an exceptional job with us. She was so patient with me while making hard emotional decisions with our original wedding ring. This store has excellent customer service. She definitely did everything in her power today to make it right. We left after 3 long hours, but as satisfied customers.

This is an awesome store, and we've been very satisfied with the service we've gotten. There are a few guys there that we tend to avoid, but any of the ladies that have ever helped us have been great. Especially Cheryl, she has always been VERY helpful. Whatever you do, get the protection plan. Ours has paid for itself I don't know how many times just because we have our wedding bands sent out to be re-dipped every 6 months. It also covers when our toddler breaks my wifes necklace.
