The cooling system of the air conditioner is broken. I submitted the work order, but they didn’t come to repair within 2 weeks. The water also drop from the ceiling during the winter twice and they still didn't fix the problem.

The staff is absolutely amazing... I really enjoy having Sheila help me out with anything I need she’s been fantastic this year. The apartments overall are amazing and high quality :)
Very beautiful apartment complex. The study rooms were very useful and cozy and I loved the floor plans that were offered. The leasing agent named Anthony was very pleasant and answered all my questions!
I absolutely loved touring Latitude! The apartments were very clean, well-furnished and surprisingly large. The leasing staff was exceptionally wonderful, the staff member that helped me, Sheila was very helpful in answering my questions, and made me feel very welcome to join the community at Latitude!
I’ve been looking into apartments and I really liked the rooftop terrace apartments. I spoke with Emily and I appreciate her answering all the questions I had! She was a very sweet lady who went above and beyond answering all my questions. I highly recommend this apartment if your looking for one. They are very friendly!
