the milk tea is okay BUT the service is HORRIBLE!! Don't go!! I ordered pick-up and they couldn't get the lid to close tightly and it spills out! I asked to tighten the lid since I am walking home, and don't want it to spill. But they basically said: oops, there's nothing we could do..... Worst service in Champaign! Literally the worst

Nice place. Good experience.
The meat here is not bad, their other stuff like sausage has that weird freezer taste though. I like the tonkotsu (pork bone) and sukiyaki (sweet soy) broths. My friend enjoyed the kimchi broth too. I think beef, pork, and lamb are all good choices. The plates of meat are quite small though. However, like most shabu shabu places, they include a bowl of vegetables to fill you up more. I don't really care about vegetables though because I'm unhealthy so I just order a lot of meat. This makes it expensive so it might just be more worth it to go to an AYCE hot pot place. The other place on campus I can think of is Red Cape, but because they are AYCE they're meat is not a fresh I'd say. I'd also order the tofu skin and fish balls. The boba here is also pretty good. I enjoyed the caramel black sugar tsaocaa special.
It didn’t come with ice when I asked for regular ice it took over 10 minutes to come the strawberry Boba disintegrated into my mouth and overall did not taste good
If you are not serving right now, please post it on your website. We just drove 30 minutes to come eat hotpot and we get there and No Hotpot!
