Just made my last order with Rogards. Their sales team doesn't seem to have much of a clue or knowledge as to what products they actually have in stock or how long it will take to receive an order. I'm extremely disappointed with their current level of customer service and product knowledge. They used to be so good just a few years back, but it looks like the new crew just isn't up to par.

Was not impressed by their selection or availability of product. I realize the world is turned on its head by COVID, but is it asking too much to respond to a customer within a week? Even two???
