Be aware of COVID safety if you choose to use this store. I walked in yesterday to pick up a ring that was being repaired and stayed away from the desk when I saw one of the staff members without a face mask. Despite this being the mandate in Illinois and the mall's policy, she did not have a mask on. After telling the three staff members I was there to pick up the ring, the staff member without the mask retrieved it and stepped up to me. I pointed out the lack of a mask and was told not to worry about it, we just opened and she was going to get it now. No apology or anything, just waved off.

Thieves and liars. A diamond ring was purchased here and a day after the seller asked if I wanted it cleaned. I literally just got it the day before, out of courtesy I agreed. When I sold it I was told it was not a true diamond. The seller either traded it when she cleaned it or she lied when it was sold as a real diamond. Pushy, not professional and when you walk in the vibe is low.

Went in the store in chamapign mall, to look at a couple of necklaces and rings (honoring our baby we lost) wanted to see the necklaces and ring also to ask questions. There was 1 lady worker in there helping a couple so we waited till she was done with that couple. Then walks in a lady and the worker went to the lady started helping her. And after she was done with that lady she and the worker stood there talking instead of helping us. We walked out. Disappointed because I found something I wanted to to remember my baby. Went to another store in Hope's to find want we was looking for. But unsuccessful. Disappointed that anyone would treat customers like that. They either need to have 2 people working at all times to keep customers happy.

I'm extremely exhausted by the sales individuals at this location. The store manager is short, pushy, and lied to me about my credit score inquiry. It wasn't a soft inquiry but a hard inquiry and then they opened an account. I asked throughout the process multiple times "is this opening an account", "This isn't a credit card, is it?", and "This isn't a hard inquiry, right?", to which the store manager and sales associate both replied "No, it's only a soft inquiry". Mistakes happen, lies aren't mistakes. But it was the perfect ring. So I decided to get the product number because the last time that I was there they left it out even though I specifically requested the number. I informed them of the mistreatment the last time and they were short, abrupt, and pushy. I don't care to yell so I left it alone, they didn't apologize aside from "We are sorry you thought that". I asked for the product number and they gave it to me, when I arrived home to check, lo and behold it doesn't exist. They have continuously mislead me and provided incorrect information. I highly reccomend you avoid this shop and it's employees, unprofessional, rude, and misleading.

I went here for a resizing of my engagement ring and they did that bit well. However, when i went in to collect the ring and asked them to verify the serial numbers on the ring, one of the representatives was unbelievably rude, short and condescending to me, while i continued to be polite. They said things like we don't keep loose diamonds and things like that which had nothing to do with my request. they were not at all in the mood to do this rather expected leg work. Eventually the lady was ok but i am extremely bothered by such behavior towards a well meaning customer. Eventually they couldn't even find out and we had to look thru their microscope ourselves to find it. Which is fine but the rudeness was horrible. This representative claimed she worked in this industry for 13 years and how she didn't get time today for a break and things like that, i don't know why i was told all this.
