I have been looking for an external backup system for computer. I explored online and also at other stores. A very knowledgeable gentleman at Champaign's Staples was able to answer all my questions, pros and cons and more, that helped me make my decision. It helps immensely to have someone who knows the products be available to do this. He was not only knowledgeable, but professional, courteous, respectful, and never felt pressured ... not a combination you see often, and much appreciated. Successful sale!

I was looking for pen refills. I had the pens with me and explained that I didn't know what brand they were. I had one person actually ask assistance from someone else because \... didn't want to the wrong item.\ The other individual stated that unless I knew what brand the pen was, they could not help. Since when did pens become so complicated? Is the refill the same size - length and width? Is the refill the same type - ballpoint or gel? Fairly certain that is all the necessary information. Both employees were so rude.
