I enjoyed my time despite me not liking to work out. Both me and my sister have so much fun! I really like working out at Quest because the coaches know how to push me the right way and know how to keep me safe from getting any injuries. It’s such a positive and encouraging atmosphere!

Both of our daughters have been training here a little over a month now and we have found the coaching staff to be passionate and knowledgeable, the facility to be clean and safe and the environment to be positive and inspiring. Both my girls enjoy coming and feel it is helping them get closer to their goals of playing at the collegiate level! Thanks ChampionsQuest!

Our daughter is obsessed with basketball. She needed help with endurance and pain in her knees. After her assessment Coach Reggie praised her confidence and commitment and noted that she was landing incorrectly due to her hips. WE would have never known this... after that she now trains 2 days a week at Champions Quest for endurance and basketball and sports therapy to correct her hip placement. We are thankful for their commitment to our little athlete!

This Is an amazing club! Our daughter has been going for months and she loves it! That’s the only club she’ll go to! I would recommend to anyone as an initiation to a variety of sports or as a mean to get better!
