Now a days the branch becoming a good operating condition. I am the customer of this branch almost starting of it. There was challenge in updating passbook but right now it is in working condition, one employee has been appointed to do this job. As it is situated in high floor so one has to get enter by stare and no ramp available for wheelchair entry.

Pros: 1. Normally most of the staffs are helpful. Cons: 1. Basic functionality takes huge time to recover eg passbook printing machine is out of order for more than months now.

I don't have much experience about the Bank's daily operations but the ATM thereat works satisfactorily. Friends say that the dealing of the Bank is satisfactory.

Terrible... First time in my life I'm seeing the branch manager shouting at me for asking so quarries and pointed at me to go to the concern person's desk where no one was there. I really don't understand why there is difference in openion where none of the person talk the same thing.

This loss making private bank(Chandannagar Branch) has no particular tiffin break, it depends on the flow of customers in first half. One day it is 1:30 pm and other day it is 2:15 pm, it is nothing but harassment for people who visit bank in second half. This is a Govt. Of India undertaking, whose higher ranked officials defrauded bank in cooperation with Mr. Vijay Malla for personal gain and later arrested.
