I purchased a local cooler because company coolers are too expensive. if you want symphony or Crompton cooler than purchase it online because then you will get atleast free home delivery and with same price. Even sometime you can get better deal online. Warranty parameters are same you have to go to company's service centre. And in shop they are too busy so they can't talk with you comfortably. For payment you have to pay with cash if you pay with card then you have to pay extra 2% on your payment.He charge 200 rs for delivery and the distance is 4 km.

I bought cooler from this place. It worked for a day and then failed. They repaired it for free. Again it worked fine for 5 days and same problem. So again they had to fix it. The only good thing was that they fixed it for free.

Definitely wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. They are doing unfair trade practice and their services are unprofessional. My frnd bought a geyser from this shop just a few days ago but now it is giving then trouble and just to check the fault, the owner is asking to pay the charges from him. This clearly shows that their services are unprofessional and they are just luring the clients to buy the stuff from them. I'll never recommend anyone to go there. This only results in legal action.
