The guys working inside the shop are really rude don't bother to ask or even talk to them about anything but their advisors inside have much more way of dealing with a client. Specially Vikramjeet singh i must say this guy is the only reason why i am giving them three stars. He must be given a raise this is the type of guy who brings in business to the table.
Neat and clean facility, vehicle diagnostic equipment is very good and they usually get to the root cause of problem. But after service parts are way to expensive and does not have much of a life. It says "Motor Craft" is a product of Ford but it does not matches the quality that comes within the vehical

Staff behaviour is good
I have vehicles of different brands but i find that Ford is very economical in after sales services. Moreover, this service centre has really good staff and pays attention to each and every issue of customer. Very well managed team. I really appreciate!
