I bought an acquaguard water filter and immediately after few hours of installation found that the filter was leaking.They also refused to replace the product despite being in warranty.Worst place to buy home appliances.Provide Bizzare after sales services and sells defected products.
Very costly
I went their to buy tea cups, but the shop owner behaved so rudely and in a bad manner at the time of billing as I did not have change. I did not buy and left the store. I think the owner is Psycho or is utterly rude to everyone, they might be having good tea cups but their are many other hops in Chandigarh. I hope the rude owner reads this and understands the importance of treating the customers in the right manner.
They will tell you all sorts of lies that they are offering you a discount. I enquired about a cooking set which they said was for 5400 but after discount the price I need to pay would be 2750. I checked the price online and the real price was 2750. They were fooling everyone in the shop like the same way. I showed the real price to the owner but he was not ready to listen at all. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
Bought oil room heater and geyser from d shop, Rates are more than Market ,they promised to get my geyser installed by company till next day, but instead of repeatedly calling them kept me waiting for 3 days. At last i got it installed by some outside plumber at additional cost. Very Unprofessional attitude, i wont Suggest anyone to buy anything from them.
I purchased at item for Rs 600 and I confirmed from the shop owner regarding exchange within 2 days, when the very next day I went for the exchange he said that the item was sold for Rs 500, he said that I cannot sell this at a higher price than that, he behaved very rudely as I did not have the bill, but within an hour I came back to the shop with the bill and then the shop owner started arguing regarding the exchange of the product and said that he won't do that, then at last I left the item at his counter and did not even take an exchange or ask for the money. When you go for a purchase then they know how to treat you, but if you have an exchange or you find their product defective, then they will be like RAAVAN. The shop is owned by a sick, rude owner who needs to first educate himself to how to talk to his customers, and be truthful about the MRP. Do not buy from such crappy shop, their are much better options in Sector 35 only.
We'll stocked shop with options on household electronics and glassware etc. Staff is helpful, going so far as to help me find a borosil glass that was the same size as the broken beaker of my French press. Good selection and prices.
