The worst nail salon in Chandigarh. The staff was unprofessional and lacks skill. I got overlay bridal nails done on my own nails. The service was decent but the stay was horrible. It started coming off within a week.. broke half way and eventually i had to cut my entire nails off. Would never recommend this place to anyone. The entire salon is extremely noisy and the staff keeps using their phone during the service.

The Street Stalkers

I had an amazing experience here. The staff was super professional. They have a huge staff and can cater as many as 10 people at once. Their service was amazing, and very quick. I took a de-tan manicure and Pedicure. And had my nail extensions removed and a new nail extensions. I really liked the professionalism these people have. They gave me a really beautiful insta-worthy NailArt. You can check more details on my insta stories - thestreetstalkers. The best part about them is the prices. They have very reasonable prices and have special discounts for students. They also have studios in Zirakpur and Mohali. Surely coming back to them again soon!

I got my nails done around 4 days back and my nail extensions’ paint is completely chipped off and is looking extremely tacky. This is the second time I’m visiting their salon and I guess this will be my last one. The girl who did my nails did them in SUCH A HURRY that the paint didn’t even heal in the IV light and it got ruined the second I reached home

I happen to have visited this place twice! We usually give people a chance to prove themselves and their art, so did i! The first time the service was fine and second time there were issues with the polish gel, i happen to call them today for appointment, to which they denied! Corporates have office hours till 6 and this makes it impossible for them to reach at your place at 6! How gracefully you turn your clients down not understanding the issues at all, what brings you a difference with 15 minutes? And how much does power gel even take? Luckily you've lost a client! And probably you will eventually learn out of this.

I heard alot about Binny's at first and the Chandigarh and Mohali branch do put up to the expectations to some extent. But I must say I could never have a worst experience that what I had in their panchkula branch. I understand they have made a brand name of their business especially in tricity and having these punjab celebs visit might be a great deal in itself and certainly helps in promoting the name but then they should have the staff who can cope with the lay man as well. As that is the mass which will give them actual business. I would like to mention Divya and Manisha two most rude and pathetic people I could ever meet in the terms of fornt office business. They don't have a way to talk to the clients at all . And on top of all no decency no etiquettes I must add. Little price of advice to all out there do not prefer any assistance from Divya and Manisha , regret will be forthcoming .

With a heavy heart have to write this review. I have been a loyal customer from last 3.5 yrs. All these years there were small issues or hickups which i usually ignored. But on Nov 12 2020 i visited Binnys Nail Bar for my refill which was due. The service given to me was very very poor. Due to customer pile up and Diwali trainees were made to do the job. Firstly one finger nail was cut very Short and then she used gel to bring it to level. This nail broke within 3-4 days. And gel of other fingers started coming of. I reported this issue to Vandana the manager at Chandigarh Branch within a week. She and Binny the owner both assured me of repair on the next visit. On the next visit i asked them of repair on wich they were hesitant and asked me to get refill instead. There was a marriage function in my family. There was only one technician and it took 4 hrs. I was asked 1200 instead of 800 and Vandana even was rude to me in asking the amount. i paid 800 which was even not correct as it was there fault. I called binny like 10 times but there was no reply. Had to message her. Now the new refill done is short in one hand and long in the other. There is no reply from Binny the owner on the watsapp messages with images sent to her as complaint. This is not the way you treat your loyal and regular customers. Highly Unsat8sfied...
