Worst experience. Fraud, fake. If there's are very few passengers in the bus they cancel the bus & never refund & they keep their phone switched off.

At the time of journey, I come to know that there is no bus available from this operator. They cancelled the bus because they don’t have enough passengers to travel to Jammu. All this I come to know from Paytm customer care at the time of journey because the contact number mentioned on tickets were not working. They are fraud, took the money and no refund. Paid twice for my journey.
