This place is known to all residents of Chandigarh it is good for curruption . The employees are good in making new ways to get bribes . First step is reception good start of curruption . There is tocken machine for visitors it is good. But one employee get few tocken slips in his pocket . He helps visitors giving tocken to them. After completing their job when they come back he gets the given token slip back here starts the game serial number going on but suddenly single diget tocken comes which shoked the man sitting in line . That visitor and employee makes happy eachother. There is one counter for senior citizens but none can visit that counter without permission of tocken slip holder crew. Only 1 no counter employee getting tocken slip others are not doing so. I experience two different days. Stay blessed to tolerate this experience.

I lodged complaint against corruption by Sunil Malik, complaint number is 02333 and dated 8th of August 2018. This complaint was lodged after my complaints against some house owners who belong to ruling party was not listened since last more than one & a half year. Another complaint was for H.No 3701, Sector 46/C Chandigarh who constructed the said house to first & second floor full construction without any approval after the orders of Finance Secretary Ajoy Kumar Sinha that no more such construction will be allowed. Information was passed on to Sunil Malik in writing, but inspite of stopping the construction he supervised the construction and regularised it with the help of board members from a particular party. My complaint is kept pending with the connivance of Ajoy Kumar Sinha, finance secretary Chandigarh, & Chairman CHB, Yashpal Garg, CEO of CHB, Monica Bedi, Secretary CHB and 10 board members just to streamline the retirement procedure of Sunil Malik and help him get out of the situation with all his benefits. This post should be treated as legal notice to all the said people who are helping Sunil Malik to get out of this complaint of corruption and with all his benefits in case the said complaint is not completed and for any reason later if Sunil Malik is indicted, responsibility should be fixed on these people, Ajoy Kumar Sinha, Yashpal Garg, Monica Bedi, Rajiv Tiwari & all the ten members of the board for helping Sunil Malik in getting the public money as in the shape of benefits and helping the corrupt.

Worst front desk staff and running like pure typical office office TV serial. Front desk reception lady named Nishi Madam (counter no. 1) used to misbehave with public and formulate her own rules to harras normal public. She used to give her personal phone no. to rich HIG house owners and treat them on priority without token but misbehave with LIG n EWS poor or middle class allottees. Chairman should take action on her and send her for behavioural training later let her learn rules & regulation of CHB alongwith CHB Citizen Charter. Her intent is to delay things and work less, she took 1 hour 30 min lunch break and want to stop work at 4PM. At 3.45PM, she told us to come tommorow while I was holding off token in my hand. For transfer related case, she told us to get all seller n buyer parties infront of her whereas there is no such ask in guideline of CHB. Her clear intentions was to put cases on next day. Mistakenly she was saying people to come back on monday instead next working day Thursday. Due to such staff members, whole boards reputation is getting worst. There is a serious need of shuffling these staff people sitting on same position from last 10 years to harras innocent sr. Citizen and poor people.

The work nd conduct of some of the employees of chd housing board is not upto the mark. The employees need to be POLITE PEOPLE FRIENDLY AND SUPPORTIVE TO THE PUBLIC VISITING HOUSING BOARD FOR THEIR DAY TO DAY WORK. LOT OF IMPROVEMENT IS REQUIRED

It's good they maintained social distancing during Covid - 19 and the all staff was great they are doing there work very quickly so ya it's a good experience but the building is under construction hope it will be complete soon thank you.

Worst experience ever. They torture you for no reason. The staff is incorporative. They go on time for lunch bt come atleast half an hour late. No one wants to work here. Just passing their time and wasting public's time. No manners how to talk to the public. They talk abt our education and are instead themselves uneducated and disobedient. The management should look into the matter and shouldn't disturb public.
