Worst experience ever. The owner of the service is very rude and keeps on wasting your time. The owner makes you feel stressed from the very start and keeps on lying about the distances from the railway station and never mrntions security or any other amount. They charged a security of Rs. 2000 per bike which they don't mention anytime before the trip starts. In our case we had to pay 2000 extra per bike and in the end of the trip we were charged 2000 for the damage of a bike chain.The damage occured because of the low oiling of the chain. So, are we expected to oil and service the bike for the 2 days trip that we were meant to have? The bike never passed any water falls, and there were no rains to make the chains low on oil, while it was with us. Woukd recommend not to trust them and nott to use their services under any circumstances. And also, would urge justdial to stop promoting them, as they came to us by your reference and we changed the previous bike dealer just because of trusting you guys. You have given them a rating of 4.8 , but on google they have a ratinh of 1.3, and that's what they deserve.

Worst Ride Ever!!!! They have been using Splendor Tube in White Bullet...Staff is not able to co-operate!! They have switched off their cellphone while we got stuck in between our trip as our tire got flat!! Bike they have were not serviced... Nd maintained!! I will never recommend Chandigarh Riders!! Please educate your staff to handle such circumstances!
