THERE IS NO SERVICE ONCE AMC IS DONE AND PAYMENT IS MADE
Since the time I have got my AMC renewed, I am having problem with my water purifier. All I am doing these days is calling call center registering my complaint. They spoke typical mugged up sentences I am so sorry for your inconvencience, surely problem will be solved shortly but nothing happens. They are mere holllw words. Technicians Surendar and Varun Sharma dont pick up the call. I am without water since yesterday and still waiting for technician to solve my problem. Pathetic service I must say.
Wrong address mentioned by company and it was difficult to find the office. The office space is not well managed as Eureka Forbes is famous for cleanliness and products to manage the properties. Managers not available im offices to take the visiting client queries and not much pleasant to talk to them. Giving 4 stars to just Eureka Forbes products only not for office and team.
They don't want employees they want servants slaves and that to without money doing digging worker job is better than Eureka I worked as intern worst experience going home to home no money just bad words negativity and minimum money it's ghada majdori with abuse and minimum money from customer also because doing door knocking is out of fashion now customer feel weird but they force and if something happens they will not take responsibility because it's not allowed to knock somebody's house by rules and ask for water purifier or any product for employees this company is worst and for customer too
Very very poor service . After taking money they will not pick your calls. They do all fake promises. They committed me that after giving full payment they will install the machine next day but 4 days has been passed and its still pending.
Office gives feel of 90s. Need serious renovation
