I have surrendered my policy no. 1796049 along with relevant & required documents on 19-2-21 at your sector 43, chandigarh branch with a promise of remittance within 15 days. Today after trying all failed options to contact you, had to visit your same office again. Had to wait for an hour to be told that due to some technical issues, payment has been delayed for a week. Why your incoming modes are always open and are working as collection centres only & outgoing are delayed for no fault of the client? There is no direct mode to check the status of my case. Hopeless service

dont buy any policy from hdfc life pro. i paid 5 lakh and after i got 4lakh 40thousand what a good experience with them, and i complaint to your official email id but not a good response

I deposited premium of Rs. 4506/- on Policy No. 00200373 personally in the branch office by cheque on 16th June, 2020. The executive didnt issue me receipt saying the PAN was not uploaded. I provided the PAN details in one hour. He sent receipt through email but on opening the mail i found there was no attachment of receipt. It is more than a month, i have been trying to get it, but there's no response.
