i hold multiple accounts here. Beware of staff who usually tries to mislead you. I asked for a DD for my kids school fee for 32k, and i was told that no charges for me since i hold a privilege salary account. When DD was made, they deducted 189 rs for it. Concerned staff then said its my fault as i did not check with his colleague on same. Shocking! Gave a written complaint to BM, and she assured i will get the charges refunded. No refund ever came. Stay cautious while banking with Private banks. Only consolation is that they take lil less time than PSU banks to serve you.

ICICI is a fraud bank....i stqrted SIP and DEMAT account and the person concerned told me something else in the beginning and when i went to close the account they cut huge amount from my SIP...Please dont ever have an account in that bank...never told clearly anything at the beginning and then cut huge amount afterwards .
