Very bad experience. I have used this tiffin service for 3 months in 2019. Lunch quality is good but dinner quality is horrible. They have no fixed time to deliver so you just keep waiting and checking whether tiffin has come or not. They will not even inform you in case they are not giving on some days and don't even bother to pick up your call. The delivery guy keeps changing so many times they don't know the address. It's just a headache to call every other day to ask "my tiffin is not delivered?" and they answer casually like "we have sent it already but not delivered so not my problem.." or "aaj cook nai aya.." Overall it's a waste of time and money and so much frustration.

The owner lady is abusive. She has foul mouth and her delivery boys are unprofessional and not reliable
