They cheat you on the hardware cost by adding their own margins and are not at all transparent on the pricing. I don't even know if the components they replaced for me are genuine or not.

They have by the far the most pathetic engineers. I called them for a screen replacement, they did not fix it properly and after 2 days the screen cracked. They started claiming physical damage so that they dont have to replace it as it was under warranty. After showing the proof that there was no evidence of physical damage, he abused me and blocked the number. Stay away from this pathetic shop
