This is the second time it has happened that I'm billed for items and they are not in the bag. Not sure how that keeps happening. The only answer from customer care is that please visit the store which is an added inconvenience. Definitely not giving my business to them anymore.

Very good store with ample brand options. Huge with ample space, discounts available and seperate sections for everything. If you could go on weekday then nothing like it since mall will be empty and no lines in trial rooms.

Situated inside Elante mall in Chandigarh which is a very big and spacious mall. You will find all sorts of brands in lifestyle ranging from clothes to shows to anything and almost everything. Heavy crowd during sale season.

The store has good collection the staff is also great especially Mr Hemant of gap who helped me and my parents to find right clothes and size. The store offers good deals and staff is knowledgeable.
