I didn't find the staff cooperative enough and also feel issues with how they operate. I never received a message that the replaced product was available to pick; had to call and ask myself. It shows on Google that lunch timings are between 1 to 1:30, but it is not true. I was there at 1:50 and was told it would take half an hour as staff was having lunch In a customer service industry you cannot operate like this. Not happy at all with the customer service. I hope there are better options available for servicing other than this center.

Guys, if you don't want to provide services, then why you are putting it online. Your numbers are not working, centers are mostly closed. Pathetic services Redington. I don't have option to put zero start, otherwise I would have done that. I am trying to connect from last 6 months but no info until now. !!PATHETIC!!

There wasn't written Logitech service center from outside. The staff is very slow as well as not that much cooperative. They take up your 20 minutes by saying 5 minutes more
