Had booked a Innova for 7 days. I had been in constant touch with the agency with clear date of arrival. I again messaged 4 hours prior to arrival to remind. Yet no car on arrival. We waited at Chandigarh airport.It took two hours for a dingy dirty Innova car to arrive. On demanding a replacement it took another couple of hours for yet another equally bad Innova to come. We took it to later find it had broken safety belts and a rattling car.There after half way through the journey yet another stop for the car to change batteries . Its a totally inefficient agency. Not recommended at all
