I had a very pathetic experience with Samsung especially home appliance service centre based at Chandigarh. Around 10 years before we bought a refrigerator & during warranted period its pockets were broken without any misuse. I tried to buy the same & then I was informed after 3rd visit to service centre that the model has been obsoleted & I have to take the pockets from local market. I tried so many suppliers but fitment was an issue & I suffered a lot. 2nd case was with my semi autometic washing machine. I tried n no of times to call on their helpline & some one to attend the complaint.
