its convenient for you to say that it was not purchased from you. but yes i did purchase it from rasnal telecom. i also have all email communication with rasnal telecom but yes you are not interested in helping thats fine.ask mr chetan who installed it. your reply shows that you dont like receiving bad reviews but sorry i cant give you a positive response if i am not happy with it. and dont make it sound like i dint pay for the service visit. your employee told me on phone we cant give gurantee more than a week. the system shut off again on its on when office was closed so you were asking me for payment again to solve the same problem to which you were not ready to give guarantee again that it will work. pathetic after sales service. employees full of attitude. be ready to loose your money and be stuck with them once u buy from them and need their services later.
