Show room is but atmosphere wasn't suitable as per the climate,you should keep the air-conditioned open,the display board wasn't working show the sales person could not explain the product widely.

Only a service & repair review. The showroom looked good, but I had purchased my vehicle from their outlet in HP. However, the experience of service, bodyshop & getting accessories has been quite hectic & not so convenient. All 3 units are located differently, and you have to talk to different executives EVERY TIME from all 3 facilities, which is very time consuming and your patience will also start wearing out. And if you're not comfortable with leaving your car with them, then you'll have to drive to all 3 locations and back for all kinds of work & communication. On top of that, billing is also done separately. Basically, assigning a single person handling all your queries & work would have been convenient, but seems like they haven't implemented it. Plus, during my visit, I wasn't asked to sit down & wait in some dedicated area, neither was I asked for some refreshment/ snack even though I got a good amount of money spent there. Maybe they didn't have a decent waiting lounge for all I know. But the quality of service was good enough and my vehicle was returned to me within the promised time. So, if you're okay with running around enquiring with different persons, and then leaving your vehicle there, then this place should not be a problem for you.
I bought my first Ford Figo from this showroom, Mr Bhushan helped me out in all documentation and provided a very good service. Till date I use only Saluja Ford for my car service, their standards are much more higher than any other dealer, specifically in Delhi NCR where they don't treat you well. Whenever I go to Chandigarh I use the opportunity to get my car serviced as well. Will be looking forward for new car model sooner from this outlet only.
Visited the showroom twice for a test drive of a Ford endeavour. They took down my details and then didn't even bother to call back.. I called them the 3rd time hoping they'd give me a test drive on a Sunday. Reply I got was we are closed on a Sunday. Highly ridiculous!
