Yesterday i booked volvo from chadigarh to bhunter. Bus timing was 11:30 but when i called him the way he talking was not good, literally he abusing in between.Than i reached on time there and i ask the person who was there who managing the bus that whom that person who was on call. On asking this he satrted misbehave and said we will refund the money, they even didn't refund and bus goes. He tell his name tirth.

Kind of tricky can't resolve this but the buses are kind of confusing..but overall at prices are well..

Amenities mentioned in the red bus was not available in the bus. Even bus was not Volvo. Don't travel with supreme travel. Staff behaviour was not good. Poor bus and poor travel agency

The wrost service provider I ever experienced. No manner how to respond. When I complained about their service he replied " whatever you want you can do. Never expected that service provider like "RED BUS" will show this kind of buses.
