What food guys! I have been regularly ordering food from here. When you think of healthy food all you can probably picture is bland and boring food.. which you can not force yourself to eat for 3 - 4 days. But vigour bowl has absolutely changed things for me. They have made the food taste so good. For vegetarians .. their protein balls, kiwi shake, carrot noodles, etc are a must try. Go for it guys.. without second thoughts.

Excellent quality of food. I'd ordered the Fresh Fruit Salad and Gaunt Chicken Salad. Everything was well prepared, specially the chicken was soft and tender. The only reason I'm not giving a perfect rating is because of the quantity of chicken in the salad which I think can be increased slightly. Will recommend this place to everyone who want a healthy meal without compromising on taste.

Ordered a power house cookie . . The first order they gave a small yet decent amount of cookie. Second order they gave one cookie parted into two and called it two cookies ... how ironic ... then they said you will not face this issue again. What about this issue.. they din fix it and calls it fix. Bravo what a service vigour bowl...

I always had this thing in my mind that healthy food can't taste good! But this place turned out to be completely opposite of my perceptions. They serve really delectable food items and even beverages. Firstly I loved the cute little outlet. They have a small sitting area as well but majorly it's a take away place. The menu is quite vast and you get alot of options even in the vegetarian section. I tried the Roasted chicken and Schezwan brown rice, Grilled fish with Carrot noodles and Chocolate hazelnut protein shake. My favourite will definitely be the Chicken with brown rice . The taste was amazing and chicken was perfectly cooked. Fish had the right balance of flavours. Also this protein shake is the best I have ever had !!
Counting the calories is very important to maintain a healthy lifestyle and this place not only tells you the calories per meal but also it's macro nutrients. I ordered soya chaap and brown rice meal which was very rich in taste and the protein shakes are to die for. A must recommended place for fitness enthusiasts
