All returns to Zara are free. Unsatisfied customers have one month to return or exchange an item, and they may do so through the mail or in a Zara store.The product page for each shoe on Zara has recommendations for other items to pair with those particular shoes.It is popular because it has the latest trends readily available at a lower price than a designer brand would. In the world of fast fashion it’s on the high end.

Had an awful experience. The staff was extremely rude and made us feel like thieves. Ms. Pavneet did not know whether the store keeps an inventory or not. She refused to entertain the customer and said your concerns are not my concern. What you did from the counter till the exit is not something I care about. They do not pick up the phone. They do not listen to a customer's concern. Awful response, awful people, awful store!

They have the best and latest collection of clothes and accessories. The store is quite big and offers a wide range of variety. The perfumes available here are also very classy and latest in trend.

Zara always has something for everybody, you just have to go in with an open mind. A piece on the hanger may not look appealing but you must try it out in the fitting room. They have a range of sizes. I am on the "too slim" side of the spectrum but they have my size too.

This store is very well organized and is huge. They have 2 levels and lots of variety. It is well air conditioned and good place for shopping. Sale time is best for shopping
