This is the HPCL LPG Bottling plant at Panagarh. The plant is clean, calm, well maintained and eco-friendly. LPG Bottling facility in cylinders are done here and also the storage location for LPG. The are is highly restricted area with 24 hours security. Entry without proper safety gears assembly is restricted here. Smoking and any source of fire are restricted over here. Photography is also limited restrictions. You need to attain security check before entering the plant. Outside you will small shops, union office etc. Employees are well behaved, mannered and helpful. You can easily reach the plant from Durgapur by road by taxi/cab/auto. Expenditure is nearly about 180200/- one side. No bus facility is there. You can hardly find a lift on the road. The review is based on a buisness visit to the plant.
