I was looking for a specific item, so I called the store ahead of time to make sure they had it in stock. The employee who helped me was so kind and understanding. We haven’t shopped much lately due to the pandemic, but she assured me that they still require masks. When we got to the store, we were greeted with a warm welcome. The item I wanted was already waiting for me at customer service. Every employee we saw had a mask on which is awesome! Almost all of the customers were wearing masks as well. Only one little kid wasn’t (which is understandable). The store seemed well-organized. Because we felt safe shopping there, we stayed longer than we had originally planned. Our cashier was friendly & helpful. We enjoyed chatting with her. I wish I had gotten the employees’ names so I could let corporate know how nice they were. Great overall experience and I’m so grateful that they follow Covid protocols.

Great place for your home goods. Need towels, they have shelves and shelves in dozens of colors. New brides love it because they have a bridal registry. Right now they are having a sale on holiday items. And they send you discount coupons digitally or to your home. And the Chandler one, let's you combine coupons.
Stopped in first time in about a year. Great selection and customer service. Aubrey Anna was a very helpful and kind cashier!
It was clean with plenty of stock in a variety of products but the prices are quite high. It would be easy comparable products at alternative stores for significantly less. If it important to you to have a Kate Spade shower curtain, this is the place to go. If not, I'd stick to Target for similar quality products at reasonable prices.

shower curtain selection was bad. I had recieved a coupon my email and when I couldnt find it on my phone, I had figured out of kindness, they could apply it just to be nice...nothing and the young girl wasnt the friendliest. The store is always clean and has a lot of great items.

Store was clean. We were asked a couple times if we needed help. Staff was friendly. The checkout was quick.
