Had to get cleared for surgery, all was good and doctor was great but so far it has been a month and endless phone calls and personally going by the office yet I still can’t get his staff to forward my clearance to my surgeon. I am beyond frustrated at this point

April who answers the phone is very unprofessional and rude. She yelled at me and then put me on hold for 10mins, when I told her I would report this to corporate she said do what you want, we don't even have a corporate. If I were you I wouldn't come here, if that's how a person is treated by the. receptionist. I did not schedule an appointment, I have 5 other cardiologist on my list I can see. April needs some customer service training.

Wonderful doctor and wonderful customer service from staff. Dr. is a very compassionate healthcare professional who allocates a good amount of time and efforts to each one of his patients. No complaints whatsoever. Will definitely be sticking with his office. If you're looking for a cardiologist who believes in patient centered care then you have found the right one.
