don’t listen to the other reviews. this doctor is absolutely amazing, Ive been with her for almost 2 years since I turned 18 after having TERRIBLE experiences with other doctors. she’s the only doctor I’ve had that truly listens and cares about you. she may run behind sometimes but that’s because she takes time with her patients, which is a good thing in my opinion. and she’s super funny! I love her. highly recommend!

I am not just a body that walks through the door. However if you patron this office that’s exactly how you are viewed. I actually care about my health and well being and I appreciate guidance and advice from a medical professional. This has not been my experience. They are a little all over the place. After getting my bloodwork someone at the front desk called to let me know my results and rushed me off the phone. No follow up to better understand my results or anything. Your patients expect and deserve more from you. Will will be looking for a new doctor very soon. Super unfortunate.
I have been a patient of Dr. Jhaver for a few years and I highly recommend her and her team. My first visit was very thorough and she shared some vital information with me that only she picked up from an MRI I had brought with me. Her screening is very thorough. Kari is great too...very competent. I like the fact that I can do my lab work there - it sure beats waiting at a stand alone lab.
I FINALLY found a compassionate, caring physician! I didn't feel rushed and realized that Dr. Jhaver truly listened to me and cared about what I had to convey to her. She cares and is so down to earth! She came highly recommended by a co worker and I'll be sure to highly recommend her to others who are in search of the perfect physician!
I’ve never had an issue with a doctor and have never complained, but here we are. I have become suspicious of this office and I've always loved my previous doctors in other cities. I feel like this office tries to get patients to visit as often as possible even though appointments consist of two or three questions, checking blood pressure and we need to see you in 6-8 weeks again. I tried to explain that there may have been a mistake on a prescription refill ( they refilled one but not the other at the LAST follow up, when they are supposed to be taken together, and I was given a lecture about not going to appointments ( I cancelled ONE appointment for an entirely different complaint.) Both the manager and Dr. Jharver said that I had done a “no show” when I hadn't- I cancelled over the automated system. I even called later to explain when I saw it on my bill and they took off the 100 no show fee. There was no listening to logic and reason, it was just indignation that I didn’t go to ONE appointment and that Id have to make an appointment to refill a prescription I’ve been taking for years and that I’d already gone to have refilled! I’m convinced they made an error, but they wont budge and worse, they were so rude! Something is just off.
