So far worst doctors office I have been to. Cant get ahold of anybody when you call, you go through 5 menus just to get a message saying please enter an extension, cant leave a voicemail. Cant get there prescriptions right 4 times they have screwed up on my meds. They never update things correctly from NP to office staff. As others say you see the doctor once when you start and that's it. I have to bug them for my results. Better off somewhere else.......

Dr Reddy & Marie are my 5th try to find an endocrinologist, and I love them. They listen to me and think outside the box. They did the work and tests to get to the root issue, rather than just throw a bunch of scripts at me. When they hear hoofbeats they think \zebra\, not horse (like everyone else). My complaint is that the business model is geared toward diabetics and works well for that. With other endocrine issues, this doesn't work as well. I sometimes need to see someone for an acute issue, but have a hard time getting in without waiting months. I am willing to work with this as they are great diagnosticians, but I understand not everyone would be.

U Can see Dr Reddy only during your very first initial appointment. After that you are always forced to see her NP. Even as an existing patient if you want to meet Dr Reddy, U need to wait for months to get an appointment.
