Did read the Yelp reviews after the appointment. Had read the Google reviews beforehand and they were good. Anyway, it turned out good, real good. My dog needed to be put to sleep and chose this place because it is smaller and has one practitioner. Appreciated that the doctor performed the whole procedure in the exam room. It was an added plus to be in the room with my dog from beginning to end. Other veterinarians take the pet into another room and administer the initial injection. I have had seven other pets euthanized in different facilities and this was the best procedure, EVER. The doctor's quiet and gentle manner with my dog immediately put me and my husband at ease. The staff is very efficient as well. Funny thing is, I never knew the veterinarian's name but I will now remember.

I just wanted to give a Shout out to Dr.Lim & Staff first for the Excellent Care that they Give Stanley he absolutly adores them and he is very Comfortable when we go there for his care they are very Patience Loving and gentle . and 'Thank you again for going above and beyond in locating Stanley's food!

I took my kitten to Great Hearts Animal Hospital when I noticed she had an infection. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The prices for the appointment, testing, and appropriate prescriptions were reasonable. Dr. Lim and her staff were professional and polite to work with. Although COVID required special procedures, they made it easy to do a curbside check-in and pick up.

Dr. Lim and her staff are incredible! They are considerate and kind. Dr. Lim always explains everythig and outlines the cost. She is a good listener. She is also open to non-traditional options for some treatments. Not all alternatives are good for your pet but she is willing to talk about it. They follow up after every visit and are genuinely interested in you and your PET. She takes care of our Jack Russell Lisa Marie. She loves them!

Dr. Lim and her staff are simply the kindest, most professional, and caring staff one could hope to have for your four legged friends. I first met Dr. Lim, one of her nurses, and I believe her receptionist when I had one of my cats (a fifteen year old Persian) that needed to be euthanized. The three of them made me feel as if it were their own beloved animal being euthanized even though they had never seen me or my cat before. It was heart warming to be in the presence of three such hearts during a time of sadness. Since then, I have taken my sixteen year old Himalayan cat for a couple of problems and they are consistently kind, caring, professional and I have met other staff members that are cut from the same cloth. To put it simply, Dr. Lim and her staff truly care about you and your pet.
