Read the contract carefully. What he is telling you, is not what the contract says. He was not able to find hearing aids to meet my needs and now I am out 600. Next time i would have asked for a minute so I could read it myself, instead of having them tell me how everything works and the put a contract in front of me that I feel is different. He said he would keep working with me but I needed to go somewhere with more updated equipment and that could find the tight solution but just keep trying things and having me spend my days off coming to the office.
