She saved my dad's life! This woman is not only a remarkably talented Dr., but she is an amazing human too who actually took a whole hour after my dad's emergency heart surgery at the hospital to educate us on what we needed to do as a family to help him better manage his new heart disease diagnosis. Thank you Dr. Himal Shah for giving my family so many more years of memories to share along with his 16 grandchildren. I see that some folks have complained about long wait times in order to see her; but I wouldn't mind waiting 12 hours in the lobby. She takes her time with each patient. She is the best.

Will be changing cardiologist. Not acceptable to wait an hour and 10 minutes for a telemed call to happen. Wait times in the office for your appointment aren't much better. Your time isn't important to them. When I called in to the office and said I had to go and couldn't wait any longer (after being told 20m earlier that it would only be a few minutes), front desk asked to put me on hold then hung up. No one bothered to call back.

The office staff and manager messed up on 3 of my 94 mile appointments. The last straw was the 4th time I was to have special shots in my stomach 3 days before surgery and the office never called it in. The day before surgery I had to call the office manager and tell her I wasn’t leaving Walgreens until they called it in. She said they had 3 pharmacies down for me. WHY didn’t she call me to ask which one was good. I no longer go there. Just incompetent!
