Cannot say enough about the AMAZING customer service at this store. Jane was so kind and so funny and Jennifer was incredibly helpful searching for my return since I lost receipt after a find a wallet she pulled a matching bag for me. She absolutely went above and beyond to helpful find exactly what I was looking for. Coming here is always absolutely worth the drive and everyone here is always so so kind. Thank you ladies!!

This is my happy place!!! I'm always like a kid in a candy store. It always feels like a sugar rush as soon as you enter. I always spend more than an hour here. The first place I go to and the last store I visit before I leave the place. I love the 70% plus 20% deal. I have more than 10 KS bags over the yrs and they held up pretty well. The oldest one I have is the tote which still looks good after more than 10yrs!

I just want to praise Kendall K . as she has gone beyond and above her job!! I won’t go into my unforeseen complications with ordering a purse, but Kendall has literally been amazing! If I could give her a 100/5 I totally would. PS. I know you probably won’t get a raise off of this, buttttttt Kate Spade, if you are listening at all....... Kendall needs a raise and a promotion!! She is amazing at what she does and she is a genuinely sincere person. You can’t train that kind of person!

Beautiful space. Recently expanded, and well laid out. Staff was attentive- but almost too much, they were aggressively nice which can feel kinda creepy. Either way- the line went fast. The deal was smoking hot. As a dude buying a bag for my wife this is the most uncomfortable shopping I do. They made it easy and fast.

I went shopping tonight to find a new blue bag since I have recently found out I’m having my first child and it’s a boy. DUE TO MEDICAL REASONS I am not able to wear a mask. Not only were a total of 4 employees willing to help me with out me wearing a mask, but the manager had come up to me and made it very clear I could not shop in store unless I wore a mask. Not only were the employees surprised to hear this after assisting me for a short time but I then explained I could not wear a mask due to medical reasons, the store manager said it doesn’t matter and then audacity to tell me that “it’s not the law” your right it’s not the law to force me to wear a mask it also isn’t the law to make me shop at your store. I saw a beautiful blue purse that I planned on buying and due to this, Kate spade has lost me as a customer. Guess I’ll be sticking with Coach from here on out.
