I am so glad I found this place. I've been twice now, and could not have had a better experience. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. By the end, you feel like you're at home. By the first day, everyone from the nurses, to the counselors, to the kitchen staff ( If you're brave, play Marty in Pin-Pong), to the director all know your name. Struggles with addiction are rough, but with this place, you almost forget you're in rehab, and think you're on a staycation with friends. Highly recommend!

Everyone seems to care and want the best for people but they give you no entertainment or mind stimulation during detox, you sit in a hotel room with nothing except a dresser , for me I can't sit and stare at blank walls for days I need my phone or a television or something to occupy your mind instead of sitting there and thinking about your addiction, they need to do better as far as giving stimulation most people can't just stare at walls for days and be okay, a TV would make a world of difference

I was so scared to go into treatment but the nurses and counselors were all so endearing and comforting. Even the cafeteria staff, grounds keepers and everyone working there, they all made recovery more comfortable. No one wants to end up in addiction, but this place saved my life and so many others. Recovery works if you work it. Its not the staffs job to keep patients sober when they leave, if the patient relapses its on the patient. But best facility of all time.

I admitted myself into CVH in September of 2017. Now it is 2020 and I am still sober. I attribute my sobriety to the strong foundation and education I received at CVH. Imperative tools, needed to get and stay sober. I still keep contact with a few other patients that were there during my time. I felt like I was part of a \functional\ family for once in my life. I felt love and honestly cared for, during my stay, and for that I will be eternally grateful. Mr. Al Cohol is no longer my master. I now live to do God's will.

I left this REHAB After I graduated a 30day program went home and relapsed on heroin if they did and knew there job's correctly they would have assessed I was no where near ready to transition out of inpatient care. That's why they have so many mugs on their wall w black ribbons due to lack of proper care for the patients.
