Vasa Fitness is my favorite gym membership I’ve had. I happened to move right down the road from this location and couldn’t be happier. It’s always clean and tidy. People are polite and employees are always smiling. I love the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna! Having the pool and classes available make it all the better!

This gym has everything you'd need for whatever type of training you're looking to complete. There are free weights, cable machines, squat racks, basketball court, racquetball courts, cardio movie room, cycling, open area for training, and swimming pool with steam and sauna rooms. The check in staff is super friendly and the entire place is usually very clean and tidied up. It can get pretty busy on the weekdays after work hours so be ready to wait a little for your favorite machines or weights. With 7 squat racks, that's one of the best things about this place. They are well equipped. The courts only has 2 hoops and usually have a full court pick up game going on. The hours are also very good compared to most gyms. With it closing at midnight from Monday to Friday, it allows for myself to get a gym session in no matter how late I stay at work.

I’ve been going here for a week and I love the atmosphere. Lots of equipment. Sauna, pool, steam room and a spa? Pretty great options. I like they have wipes everywhere to sanitize equipment. I come from EoS fitness, and VASA is clearly the better gym. VASA is the goat

What can I say! I absolutely love taking my studio cycle classes with Mellie and coco!! They are so supportive and loving!! I always have the best time in class even as dead as I feel in the mornings haha! They keep me pushing and going harder each class!! Mellie especially makes me feel like family when I see her. And coco, she gives me options of difficulty but when I see her go hard I go hard right with her. I feel like out of everything about the gym they are the reasons I stay in the mornings!
